My name is Easter Howard & I am the founder and CEO of Ethel's Grapevine Domestic Violence Shelter. Easter Howard gets her strength from her mother Ethel Howard, who inspired her to be a warrior and has empowered her strength for drive and determination.

Easter has previously served as Executive Board Member (SE Louisiana Legal Services), member of Hammond Mayor's Commission on the Needs of Women, and Vice President of Louisiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence (LCADV).

Easter has worked as a Counselor Advocate (CA) for approximately 20 years, a Notary Public, First Aide, CPR, and AED Instructor. Easter is CEO and Founder of ERT Security. Easter is passionate and committed to justice and safety of individuals. Presently she is serving as chair of Tangipahoa Parish Social Services Council.
